I enjoyed this inside look at what Michael Dean has been up to with the logging method. I also appreciated you sharing a taste of what that looks like for you and how it's helping. Still not sure I'm brave enough to post my unfinished mental business, but now the idea is working on me.
Really enjoyed this update! I've been experimenting with logging away too, and finding a lot of success! (I built a little tool for myself for it, I'm writing about it for my next piece).
The reservoir track in Central Park was my regular run. And then the full loop when training for the Corporate Challenge. What parts of running in CP did you enjoy the most?
This is a great showcase of logging. As someone who's been doing morning pages for the better part of 2 years, I totally understand that it doesn't capture the moments throughout the day. Can't wait to see where logging takes you :)

Love the photos, John! :)
Another great piece mate. I really liked the quote “there is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.”

Thank you so much for the kind words John. Really means a lot coming from you.
Would love to chat meditation & journaling & why South Africa is such a rugby superpower sometime :)
