John this was such a treat! I love interviews in written form. I had a good laugh reading that Nik thinks he is no longer employable which secretly is something that I strive for. I also really appreciate that he advocates for not niching down too soon. I have this voice inside of me, driven by expectations, that tells me to niche down every day. It’s nice to hear a voice in opposition of what seems to be pushed right now - “find something you’re an expert in and niche down to claim your seat at the table”.
